Skeptic Turned Animal Communicator
Biography:
I’ve always loved animals—ever since I was a child, I had to stop and pet every dog I saw. (I still do!) For as long as I can remember, I’ve felt a deep connection with them. I even used to try sending telepathic messages to animals about to cross the road, warning them of danger, even though I wasn’t sure it would work.
In 2016, when my dog Duke was nearing the end of his life, I booked a session with an animal communicator. Two years later, when another one of my dogs was struggling, I did it again. The experience left me in tears—there was no way the communicator could have known the things she did. That was the moment I knew animal communication was real, but at the time, I believed it was a gift you had to be born with.
Then one day, I came across an animal communicator on Instagram who claimed that anyone could learn how to do it. She was offering a course, and despite my skepticism, I signed up. I was shocked when I realized it was working. I really was connecting with animals, hearing their thoughts, and understanding their messages.
As a lifelong animal lover, being able to communicate with them has been life-changing. Now, my goal is to help others strengthen their bond with their animals, offering insight, clarity, and a voice for the pets who mean so much to us.

Wow, I'm so moved by this video! I have carried heavy guilt around ever since my dog Keeley, a long black haired chihuahua mix died in 2018. This may sound silly, but I wanted to go with her! I had asked to have a dream of her! Months later I had that dream! I dreamed as me and my husband were walking down a small hill into a big, beautiful meadow I saw on the left of me a huge doghouse with a lady standing beside of it. The lady asked me is this who I'm looking for and she opened the door of the doghouse and out came Keeley running to me and jumped into my arms! I was in awe! My husband was holding our dog Sophie, a white haired chihuahua mix/terrier that I adopted about 2 months after Keeley passed. The 2 dogs reached for each other and embraced like a human and hugged as we were holding them :) I needed this! I have more peace now! Thank you for sharing beautiful ladies!!!

Thanks to Lori, I found out about this summit. I've watched all her videos on YouTube and am fascinated by the mind- blowing things the animals tell her. I so enjoyed her conversation with Sandy.
A tough one to digest for me is that pets don't care how they die. How can they not?! I mean would that mean even if they get tortured before they pass and they obviously feel the pain that they don't care that this happens to them? Do I understand this right? As this is very upsetting to me if that would be true.
Lori, I love the crazy readings so much, especially the cats. I’ve never been a cat person due to allergies and they all crack me up 😂 keep them coming!

WOW! First, thank you again so very very much Sandy, for this One Heart University, I'm discovering awesome knowledge and wonderful teachers. Thank you Lori +++, you are a unique gift to we humans, and to non human animals. After this conversation with Sandy, I went on YT , and all the shared infos I've heard through animals and Lori: wow, you are a wonderful voice for them. I'm so grateful for this non coincidental Event! I would like also to thank Christine Page (Pea Horsley's Animal Thoughts event some years ago) who has this beautiful "wish" that I've repeated since, almost every day: "Open all the doors that are in harmony with my soul, and close the doors that are not". Well, the Universe/Source answered me!
Love the message to always talk out loud to your animals! I really love, do, and advise this as well. It makes a difference in the relationship. I have a ritual when I say goodnight to my horses and they each do something unique each night with me which is really sweet.
Loved this talk. Have been wondering about how animals feel about being our food and how they are "processed." (I hate the newish term, 'harvested.'). I hope this is covered at some point during this webinar. Thanks.

I was excited to watch this convo. Particularly b/c Lori is the one that I heard announced this Summit on her social media. I knew that I’d find “mypeople.” Truly enjoying spending some time listening to Sandy an others has been enhancing. I’ve followed Lori Cowen for some years now on TT and IG; she connected w/ my dog Heavyfoot which was in spirit in 2025. The biggest take away fo me at that time was that Heavyfoot is part of my heart like physically but spiritually. Always there. That transition of Heavyfoot’s was hard on me, I had nobody around at the end of her life. I think she wanted it that way. But now, Heavyfoot is one of my guides. Heavyfoot thank you for the message. Last fall, 2025 i jumped feet first with learning animals telepathy. I began with Ditte Young’s course. Last summer quit my job and began my own LLC caring for animals Jan2026. It’s only been 5 months since burnin business cards, talking to the Community developing my skills; however, there is very little momentum. When I state that I offer animals telepathy people look at me strangely or smile in doubt (insert sound of crickets). I know that I’m guided. I know it’s possible. My personal life has taken another huge shift (again) therefore I’m being gracious with myself.
An evidential medium explained to me a month ago that my work with animals would just be the “diving board.” I’m a healer and will be working with people. Then I find myself here listening to wonderful speakers such as Sandy, Penelope, Sarah, and Lori. There is no coincidences. As I sit here writing this I am at someone else’s home caring for their dog. I feel so lucky to do so- And, lucky to be connected with One Heart University.
My highest vision for the animal summit- is that we ALL continue to go further, stay present, teach others, stay excited, stay in the peaceful heart space.
