1. Terms and Agreements

  • By purchasing, accessing, and using this online course, session or sessions, you agree to be bound by these terms.


2. Services and products

  • Limitations: By purchasing services and/or content, you acknowledge that results are not guaranteed, particularly for personal development and animal communication, which are subjective fields. These provide tools and guidance, but outcomes depend on many factors including but not exclusively the client's application and effort.
  • Service Limitations: Courses and products are provided on an "as is" basis and we do not warrant it will be error-free.

3. Payment and Refund Policy

  • Payment Terms: Payment is due as agreed with either full payment or recurring charges as stated in payment agreement.
  • Refund Policy: There are no refunds for services, courses, retreats or digital products.

4. Intellectual Property Rights (Copyright)

  • Ownership: All course content, materials, videos, logos, and methods, Course Materials are the intellectual property of Sandy Rakowitz, One Heart University and One Heart Healing Center, LLC and are protected by copyright law.
  • Limited License: You are Granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Course Materials for their personal, non-commercial, informational, and educational use only.
  • Prohibited Use: You are Prohibited from modifying, copying, reproducing, distributing, selling, sharing, or creating derivative works from the Course Materials. You are also prohibited from using the content to teach others without express written consent. 


5. User Guidelines and Prohibited Activities

  • Responsible Conduct: Respectful behavior in any interactive components on Zoom, phone, What’s App, Facetime or other means of interactions.
  • Zero Tolerance: There is a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate, abusive, or violent behavior towards anyone in courses, Sandy Rakowitz, staff, or other clients/ students, which may result in termination of access without a refund.
  • Confidentiality: Please maintain confidentiality regarding shared personal information or animal readings from other participants.
