Biography:
Sarah Stray is an Akashic Record Healer, wisdom architect, and Soul activator who guides clients to awaken their inner wisdom.
Through Boxless Coaching, she holds group and individual containers, including Akashic Record Healings, guiding clients to release ancestral patterns, hidden programs, and blocks while reconnecting with their Soul’s innate knowing and gifts. Her work helps clients embody the deep shifts they make in the Records into their everyday lives, translating insight into clarity and possibility into lived experience.
Sarah’s work gracefully allows clients’ own Souls to give form to greater coherence through the Akashic Records. She never tires of helping clients reclaim the remembering that allows them to unfold alongside their purposes and walk this life with ease and grace.
People work with Sarah through private Akashic healing sessions, her signature Soul Emergence 1:1 container for those walking through the liminal, and group Akashic trainings and workshops offered throughout the New England seacoast and online. She is a certified Akashic Records consultant with the Akashic School of Knowing and a certified master facilitator with a 20 year background in not for profit leadership.

Pleasure for me to be granted this connection & participation is a gift. I’ve been connected to animals always, more so recently - in touch with nature past few years. My take away from this convo was really about the bi-directional comms. Like with water. How is fee thr and use that gentleness with myself and with other beings; in order to expand my own capacity to be present. I do know that now and, I do understand that flow. Years ago I wouldn’t have been as gentle with myself but, now that has come with deep excavation of my soul. In the midst of a personal shift I feel like this experience with One Heart University has an assisted me in a divine way. Thanks for that - ♥️

Another random thought -- "find your people" I've been asked who are your people and couldn't answer that. Because "my people" changes with whomever I am with. Don't limit yourself to seeking to spend time with those simiklar to you. There needs to. be a good amount of time with those with a different perspectivce in order to learn more quickly (caveat -- they need to be positive people).
BTW, my oldest cat Fuji is enthralled with these conversations. He doesn't hear well, so I'm wondering whether he is getting the messages through me?
Interestingly, once I wrote that, he is falling asleep...
Rando thought: you are providing step-by-step reports of how you overcae your skepticism (which is where I am). Iam one that likes to see roughly the entire path (knowing that everyone's is different), whereas others only can handle one step at a time.
Almost right away Sarah gave me a franework I've been struggling with -- multiple serendipities. When something unusual happens, I often think back to how I got to this situation, and it is often a long series of serendipities. Many, many coin flips to get to a unique experience. I thought there was a specific term for this, but I love thinking of all the serendipities that led to it.
